ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ROKU.AFRIKASTV.COM

RETURN POLICY
For all renewals of subscriptions longer than one month, you may cancel within seven days of the renewal date and receive a full refund. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but you will not be eligible for a refund. Our representatives will be more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

TERM OF AGREEMENT
The TERM of this Agreement shall be effective for the TERM specified in the contract unless terminated earlier as provided herein. This Agreement shall automatically renew itself for additional terms equal to the length of the original TERM, unless either party gives the other written notice of its desire not to renew at least: CUSTOMER is responsible for full and total payment of TERM regardless of early termination of services.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement supersede all prior oral or written understandings between the parties and constitute the entire agreement between them concerning the subject matter of this Agreement and shall not be contradicted, explained or supplemented by any course of dealing between AFRIKASTV or any of its affiliates and CUSTOMER or any of its affiliates. There are no understandings or representations, express or implied, not expressly set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except in writing signed by the parties.

PROVIDED INFORMATION
All materials delivered to AFRIKASTV by CUSTOMER ("CUSTOMER's Material") shall remain the property of CUSTOMER, and AFRIKASTV shall not have the right to use the CUSTOMER's Material except in performing the Development Services for CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER warrants that all information and any other material provided to AFRIKASTV is owned by the CUSTOMER. All Work Product except for the CUSTOMER's Material shall be the sole property of AFRIKASTV, and AFRIKASTV reserves all rights in the Work Product, subject to the above license.

PRICE VARIANCE AFRIKASTV's price is subject to a variance of fifteen percent (15%) due to the interactive nature of creative, technical, and other development work for fixed-price, fixed-hour quote, or other estimated pricing. Costs for equipment may change due to market conditions and AFRIKASTV agrees to promptly provide CUSTOMER notice of any such price changes. Unless noted otherwise, fixed-price estimates are subject to change by AFRIKASTV if the requirements of the services to be performed change during the project based upon AFRIKASTV's understanding.

CANCELLATION

CUSTOMER is responsible for full payment of TERM regardless of early termination. Account cancellation should be done at PayPal.com by canceling subscription. Account will be automatically deactivated end of service term. All payments are non-refundable.

HOW TO CANCEL ACCOUNT AT PAYPAL
If you want to cancel an account before your next billing cycle, you can cancel your subscription directly from your PayPal account. Your account will be automatically cancelled at the end of the current billing period. If you want to reactivate your account, login to your account and click the payment button.

Log in to your PayPal account.
» Click the Profile/Settings/Gear icon near the top of the page.
» Click on Preapproved Payments under Payment Settings.
» Find the subscription in the list and click on the name in the Merchant column.
» Click the Cancel link and follow the instructions.

HOW TO CANCEL ACCOUNT FOR CARD PAYMENTS
If you want to cancel an account before your next billing cycle, you can cancel your subscription directly at your Dashboard. Login to your account and at your Dashboard page, Click to Deactivate Subcription link. You will not be charged next billing cycle

DENIAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

ASTV Billing & Refund Policy

All Sales are Final.
ASTV follows industry-standard streaming policies (similar to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video). Subscriptions and renewals are non-refundable once charged, regardless of usage.

Auto-Renewal:
All plans auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. It is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription through their ASTV account.

No Partial Refunds:
We do not issue partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds for unused time.

Cancellation:
If a customer cancels, the service will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Exceptions:
Refunds are only issued in cases of
» duplicate charges
» fraudulent transactions
» verified billing errors
